1. Nature of the Platform

Itifaq Service ("the platform", "we") is an intermediary digital platform connecting customers with independent, approved home-service companies in Qatar (AC, cleaning, plumbing, electrical, and more). The platform does not itself perform the service; it facilitates communication, agreement, and payment coordination between both parties.

2. Account Creation & Responsibility

• Information provided at registration (name, phone, email) must be accurate and belong to you.
• Company accounts undergo manual review by platform administration before activation, and supporting documents (such as commercial registration) may be requested for verification.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity conducted through your account.

3. Booking & Pricing

Customers submit a service request at an initial listed price, and the company may propose an adjusted price after inspection via in-app chat. A new price only becomes final after the customer explicitly approves it within the app.

4. Payment

All payments are made in cash directly between the customer and the technician upon completion, unless explicitly stated otherwise within the app. The platform charges the company a service commission on each completed order, settled periodically between the company and the platform; this does not directly involve the customer.

5. Cancellation

Customers may cancel a booking free of charge while it remains "Pending" and has not yet been accepted by the company. After acceptance, please coordinate any changes or cancellation directly with the company via chat.

6. Disputes

If a disagreement arises between a customer and company during or after a service, either party may file a formal dispute through the app, and platform administration will review and resolve it based on the chat history and available evidence. Administration's decision on disputes is final unless otherwise agreed.

7. Limitation of Liability

The platform makes reasonable efforts to vet registered companies before approval, but full responsibility for the actual quality of service performed rests with the company carrying it out. The platform bears no liability for direct or indirect damages arising from the service itself.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, impersonation, harassment of the other party, or attempting to arrange payment outside the app to bypass platform policies, is prohibited. The platform reserves the right to suspend or close any account that violates these terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

The platform reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes via the app or their registered email, and continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes implicit acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar.
